“All learning designers will be AI learning designers in the future” - Dr Phil
A three-week blended bootcamp with a weekly async project (~90 mins) and a weekly 1hr live debrief & exploration class with Phil.
Transform the velocity & impact of your learning analysis, design & development process with AI.
Get access to ~30 AI use cases for learning designers, learn advanced prompting skills & try ~20 tried & tested AI tools, coached by Phil.
Get hands-on & complete three weekly projects:
1. AI-Powered Analysis (week 1)

The Schedule:
1. Phil releases one project per week. Each project takes approx. 90 mins to complete.
2. All participants have "always on" access to support from Phil and the rest of the cohort in a dedicated online as they complete their projects async.
3. Participants attend a 1hr live class on Fridays to get feedback and go deeper with Phil.

For over 20 years I've been obsessed with a wicked problem.
Millions of people designed learning experiences in the last decade, but there’s a problem: learning design is broken.
As the number of learning experiences out in the world proliferates, research shows that only ~3% are optimised for learner motivation, mastery & impact.
Why?
- Because learning science (i.e. the science of how humans learn) is complex, expensive to access, time consuming to apply and ever changing.
- Because the tools we have to designing & delivering evidence-based learning are slow and painful.
To help solve this problem, I've spent 20+ years researching if and how learning science powered by technology (incl. AI) can help to increase both the efficiency and the effectiveness (i.e. impact) of learning design processes.
