Course overview
My Qualifications
As a Product Manager at Meta, I conducted 40+ interviews with candidates and even trained new interviewers on the Product Sense and Analytical Thinking interviews (back then still "Execution"). Since leaving Meta, I've coached dozens of candidates.
While preparing for the Meta PM interviews as a candidate, I found the online resources too complicated and verbose. Some guides are 100 pages long! And the YouTube video mocks don't break down the strategy in an actionable way that I could apply to interviews. I ended up creating my own playbook to land the role.
I later used the same exact playbook to land a Lead PM role at Attentive, which had Product Sense and Execution interviews looking for similar signals.
About the course
In this course, I’ll teach you how to run Product Sense and Analytical Thinking interviews in a way that gives the interviewer the signals they need within the allotted 45 minutes. Nothing more, nothing less.
I've done this by packaging the most useful advice I repeat to my coaching clients into a simple and actionable playbook that anyone can follow. I know it's the most useful because that's what people have thanked me for the most.
When thinking about the ROI on this course, it's probably best to look at the compensation packages at Meta, which are at the top of the market across all levels of PM seniority (data from levels.fyi):
L5 = $350k
L6 = $585k
L7 = $940k
Director = $1.4M
Senior Director = $2.2M

"I'm gearing up to interview with Meta next month so this was a huge help in getting started with prep. The tailored frameworks you provided seem more straightforward/streamlined than some of the other frameworks I've used in the past so I'm looking forward to giving them a try - thanks for taking time to share!" - Product Manager at Walmart (actively interviewing)
"Ben's simple yet powerful frameworks demystified complex product sense and analytical interview concepts, perfectly aligning with my learning style. His patient, meticulous approach included session recordings for review, boosting my confidence and interview skills dramatically. 01
Product leaders interviewing at big tech companies that screen for Product Sense & Analytical who need to brush up on interview skills
02
Individual contributor PMs interviewing with big tech companies that screen for Product Sense and Analytical who need a framework that works
I'll walk you through the industry-standard evaluation criteria interviewers use for Product Sense & Analytical Thinking interviews. I'll suggest time allocation along with actionable tips and a template to follow in each interview.
Once I've shared my tips, frameworks, and templates I'll show you how to put these into play by walking through a live demo response to one question for each interview type (Product Sense & Analytical Thinking).
I've found that opening the floor to questions is the best way to help people adjust their mental models for the interviews and reach internal clarity. I'll regularly make time for questions at the end of each session and async via email (I'll respond within 24 hours).

Product Leader
Former Product Manager at Meta
I'm an experienced builder who has worked on products at almost every stage of growth. I've been a founder, joined three different startups as their first PM, and held senior PM roles at Meta and Attentive. After leading product & design at Continuum, a marketplace for fractional executives, I now partner with early stage teams as an advisor and interim first PM, helping founders define the PM role prior to making a full-time hire.
